Glo-Glo dancing is where your yoga gets up off that mat and dances! With great music we dance our way through the seven energy centers of the body, chakras, leaving us joyful and radiant...Glo-ing from the inside out!

WHAT IF I AM NOT A DANCER?

Great! You don't have to be a dancer, have ever attended a yoga class, or even know or care about what a chakra is to reap the vast rewards of Glo-Glo Dancing. Just come because it is fun and a fantastic workout.

Glo-Glo Dancing is for every age and body size. Each Glo-Glo Dancer finds their own rhythm and pace that feels right for them that day. Judy will suggest moves but the gift of Glo-Glo Dancing is that you find your inner-dancer (we all have one!) and DANCE YOUR  DANCE.

WHAT DOES GLO-GLO-DANCING HAVE TO DO WITH YOGA?

Union of the mind, body and spirit. The word yoga means "union" and the aim of yoga is to unify the mind, body and spirit through particular postures (asanas) that balance the chakra system. As Glo-Glo Dancers we incorporate some of the classic yoga postures, however, the primary way we balance the chakras is through dance. So, come on and get-down with your downward dog!

WHO TEACHES IT?

Judy Hamilton.  Judy is a 100 hour certified Let Your Yoga Dance instructor, trained at Kripalu by Megha Buttenheim. True to her word about anyone being able to Glo-Glo Dance, Judy has no formal dance background...just a love for feeling great and having fun. That is all you need too!
